I oversaw all operations for the school that trains an average of 10K+ security forces personnel each year. To ensure a current and robust curriculum, I directed the curriculum development and updates for 15 courses. I managed a $2.3M operating budget as well as maintained the accountability of $12.4M of training supplies and equipment. Beginning August of 2024, I am available for a SkillBridge opportunity. ➝ While leading a team of 288 instructors, I ensured quality instruction for all students. I monitored performance metrics, identified opportunities for improvement and resolved issues. ➝ Overseeing recruiting and staffing, I proactively developed succession plans and streamlined talent acquisition processes that took the team from 76% to 100% staffed within 1 year. I screened 500 candidates to fill 15 specialty trained Presidential support roles. ➝ Fostering a culture of inclusion and respect, I emphasized a zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination, opened lines of communication and championed DEI initiatives. ➝ Performing curriculum reviews and gap analyses, I identified training material deficiencies. I launched a brand-new course that included specialized training updates. ➝ Leading a 30-person cross-functional project team, I guided the curriculum development process including defining objectives, managing curriculum design, introducing hands-on exercises, validating training quality and creating student performance assessments.➝ I served as the HR manager for students and ensured a cohesive and engaging learning environment. I provided mentorship, addressed performance issues and managed discipline as needed.

I guided career path planning, training programs and succession planning that impacted 37K security forces employees across the Air Force. While managing employee relations programs, I created and enforced HR policy and resolved issues within regulatory boundaries. ➝ Serving as an advisor, I educated leaders about staffing allocation, employee relations, employee utilization, human capital management and the interpretation and consistent application of HR laws such as ADA, FMLA and Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO). ➝ To mitigate staffing shortages, I assessed program requirements, defined employee qualifications and created a 4-year strategic staffing and succession plan. ➝ I led a waterfall project that realigned pay grades, saved $3M in annual payroll costs and opened new entry-level opportunities. ➝ Identifying an opportunity to improve processes, I created a specialty training program that shortened the time to proficiency by 50% and resulted in the highest number of certified K-9 handler/dog teams in the organization’s history.

I directly supervised a team of 7 managers and 25 team members while overseeing logistics and supply chain operations for a team of 310 security and law enforcement employees that protected $5B+ in critical resources. While managing an $850K budget, I ensured the maintenance, safety and security of 7 facilities, a 29-vehicle fleet and inventory valued at $36M. ➝ Providing HR leadership, I directed staffing allocation, oversaw counseling, discipline, performance evaluations, promotions and terminations.➝ While guiding employee training and development programs, I conducted quality control audits to ensure all training, certification and assessment processes complied with policies.➝ I developed security plans and conducted risk assessments to provide layered security and defense operations for all facilities on the installation. ➝ Leveraging technology to enhance security, I led the acquisition and integration of a $99K hand-held tool that expedited the screening of 2K commercial autos. I sourced vendors, oversaw procurement and planned the distribution of new equipment assets. ➝ I led a warehouse layout revision project that reduced processing time by 15% and reduced the inventory issue/turn-in process by 60%.

I conducted exhaustive compliance inspections as directed by the Secretary of the Air Force and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. While visiting 12 locations that housed nuclear weapons, I inspected operational compliance and ensured all regulations and guidelines were followed for the protection of 8K+ employees. ➝ To cultivate a culture of compliance, I proactively provided training and guidance to supervisors and made corrective recommendations following inspections. ➝ I developed a streamlined training exercise template that reduced prep time by 25%, saved 30 productivity hours per week and $93K+ in annual costs. ➝ After conducting root cause analyses on non-compliance findings, I prepared and presented reports containing recommendations that were shared with senior and executive leadership. ➝ While mediating disputes regarding inspection findings, I assessed compliance inspection reports and gained an in-depth understanding of law, policies and regulations that governed nuclear surety. ➝ I discovered serious non-compliance regarding restricted area issued badges and made corrective actions that prevented serious safety risks.
