In my role as an Innovation and Support Specialist at Complete Packaging Systems, I am responsible for:-Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for new technical representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.-Marketing and Sales Tool Creation: Developing comprehensive marketing and sales tools that empower our technical salespeople to effectively communicate our product offerings and solutions to customers.-On-Site Training: Leading on-site training sessions focused on cargo securement and damage prevention, helping clients ensure the safe transportation of goods.-Product Development: Managing the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, bringing innovative custom solutions that solve our customer's unique needs.-Technical Support: Providing ongoing support to our sales and technical teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. This role allows me to leverage my expertise in cargo securement, damage prevention, and product development to drive innovation and support our company’s growth.
