Sales manager for new business. Started as employee nr 3 and won the Employee of the Year Award in 2000. Novaxess (nowadays known as Easynet) was a Start up for DSL and delivered Internet Access, LAN to LAN connections (WAN’s) and Voice to Medium sized Enterprises, 150 employees.

As a management trainee I started as an Account Manager in Sales in Amsterdam, then I managed a Customer Service Department. As a Marketing Manager and part of the improvement Team, I developed and implemented Programs for Professionalisation and Commercial Transformation (Consultative selling, CRM, Sales Activity Management, Training & Coaching of Sales & Salesleaders).

During my MBA at University, I worked part-time as junior consultant in the M&A department of Deloitte, to accompany & advise Family Businesses in matters as succession, mergers & acquisitions.
