• To coordinate and manage model activities, process validation and review of business process for Cervecería and Femsa Group for Hv1 y On Going projects.• To Install, configure and manage versions of Aris for the better utilization of computing resources and data• To Manage and optimize data processem systems including SAP, BI, CRM, SRM, legacies and Aris through reports, controls and integrated approach to semantic project approval Hv1 Femsa.

• To analyze and identify security risks with audit process, specify security parameters to be changed in order to increase and configure security settings to modify, control tables, authorization objects and roles required to successfully complete the implementation of the Project and meet SAROX.

• To design approval Strategy Group Security necessary for the SAP R/3, CCM, CRM, SRM and BI. • To integrate a trust and secure environment for SAP R/3 & BW for NCH and GI Gerber in Costa Rica, in addition of NCH Gerber Mexico, in which both companies World have to be integrated to work in the same environment, with this we can obtain accredit Job roles, infocubes, infobjects, functions and relation between the same ones.

• To administrate and implement the Security of SAP R/3 and BW for México, Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Panama, to provide a trust environment for users according to roles and responsibilities for everyone, taking care the integrity and consistence of business information. I created work roles according to profiles and levels, for 1000 group’s users, in composite, master and slaves roles.

• I reconstructed and implemented the Policies of Security for the 7 countries of the Tenaris Group, standardizing and concentrating the requirements of access and Security of SAP R/3, for the modules of FI, GL, SL, PS, TR, IM, FM, SM, PCA, CO, AA, MM, QM, AP and AR, in addition to the particular case of the HR module, according to the roll of each person and the structure of the company. I created 680 roles and profiles for HR and 4,750 roles for other modules, structured according to directives of each country, company, department, module and activities, being maintained the Security of the data and users in a 65%, according to information of the Audit Department.• I improved in 16 % the performance of the system, which was perceived in the quality of the service which such users they commented. • I implemented changes in the authorizations of users which reflected benefits in a 30%, being reflected in the Department of Help Desk, increasing the quality in the service. I Reduced interruptions in system service in 40% through to quick response manuals and help online.• To plan and administrate the service and operation of 10 people divided in 3 areas, networks, Support and systems for México, Venezuela y Canada, to provide a safe environment to users according to responsibilities.• To made and managed the process Control of Unique Company/signature, in base to accede with a single key to different environments used in the Group to determined user, with it was standardized in automatic form for Networks, SAP R/3, SAP EBP, Intranet, Activates Directory, Natural Systems FX and for Mexico, Venezuela and Canada, benefiting to near 80 % of the 16.500 users of the Tenaris Group.
