At Air Mechanical and Service I preformed the duties of Project Mgr, Accounts Mgr, and Sales and Service Rep. As a Project Mgr. I completed Spec and Print project ranging from several hundred dollars up to Nine hundred and Fifty thousand dollars for Prisons, County Governments, Schools, High rise office complexes, Tropicana Juice, Historical sites and more. I also preformed value engineering and HVAC system design. These projects were made up of small split & packaged system, Complete air distribution systems, Hydronic Piping, Chiller systems, Ice yards, Cooling tower replacements, and large air handling units. I also worked very close with the Engineers as a liaison for the customers through out the project from the biding process to close outs and completion. As and Accounts Mgr. I managed six different Governmental, School board and Private entities. These account accounts ranged from Fifteen hundred to Seven Hundred Thousand. I also would cold call, and do face to face BOB meetings to make new clients. During my 6 year employment I maintained a 30 to 40% profit margin.

I was responsible for installing the air distribution systems for ten 30 ton AHU's. I ran a crew of 10 mechanics, and I was responsible for the lay out and proper installation of the complete air distribution systems to including VAV's, Fire dampers, ductwork and grills. I also made all of the custom off-sets and transitions on site to insure a proper fit. All jobs were completed with minimal error, on time and in budget.
