-Work with and motivate Front Line Supervisor’s (FLS) and General Foremen (GF) to meet daily/weekly/monthly Safety Goals (Rules Compliance, ESC’s, Peer to Peer, T.A.H. OPT’s testing, ERP Contacts).-Work with and motivate FLS’s and GF’s to meet daily dashboard targets (SFS Dwell, Routine Maintenance Dwell, Shop Production, Setout Management, Consist Build and TSP Dwell).-Manage operating budget and maintenance for the Service Tracks vehicle fleet of DOT Fuel Trucks, Light Duty Trucks and Rubber Tired UTV’s.-Lead Investigations (Conducting Officer, Scheduling, Data Gathering, Witness and Witness Preparation).-Lead a workforce of two GF’s, eight FLS’s and ~106 Machinist, Electricians, Sheet Metal Workers, and Laborers at the Service Track.
