Responsible for overseeing and streamlining various critical functions, including Finance, ICT, Fleet, Procurement, HSEQ, Marketing and Comms, Elected Members, Property, and Customer Service.As an Executive, the role includes ensuring activity is focused on: • Implementation of Council approved priorities, policies and decisions,• Promotion and fostering of a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable development,• Developing and monitoring people and systems (integrated processes and standard operating procedures) to support excellence in service delivery and high performance (internal and external), ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to the Code of Conduct, • Ensuring effective, efficient and economical management of organization resources. • Leveraging off innovative solutions to improve service delivery, whilst maintaining overall quality of work force planning for the organisation.
