• Provides advanced level 3 technical and field service and support (diagnostic and repair) for Siemens low and medium voltage drive products:o SINAMICS G120/G130/G150/S120/S150o Micromaster• Acts as direct liaison to the factory for products supported by the GA 400 Repair Center, and maintains a high-level relationship with the Marketing Teams in United States and Europe. • Supports the internal business units, Field Service Technicians and Engineers and Levels 1 and 2 Technical Support Personnel. • Responsible for providing special investigation and warranty services in-house and in the field. • Provides full site-specific services including, power quality, communication, mechanical system, hands-on training, etc., as well as the base drive product.• Conducts training needs analysis to determine specific training requirements for standard and custom classes.• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the applications, installation, and operation of all assigned products, tools and services.

• Conducted group technical training courses and activities for employees and clients for Siemens products including, primarily SINAMICS Drives and SIMOTION.• Developed measures for the effectiveness of course materials, makes recommendations, and modifies/revises course materials as necessary. • Developed technical training courses from establishment of course objective to creation of study aids.

• Commissioned, debugged, and maintained complex automated systems using Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLC, SIMOTION, and SINAMICS drives software packages as well as various third party equipment and software.
