Managed technical, financial and reporting projects for IBERIABANK's Business Loan Center (BLC). The BLC provides bank-wide underwriting and portfolio management services for business banking relationships spanning the IBERIABANK footprint (Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Alabama and Florida). Provided monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis covering production, efficiency & asset quality. Deliverables required ability to mine data (financial and otherwise) via SQL Management Studio, aggregate via Excel, and submit final reporting with meaningful analysis via PowerPoint decks. Primary goal was to provide executive management with easily digestible information for decision making.Primary contributor to loan pricing project for business banking loans less than or equal to $500 thousand in obligor exposure. Goals included balancing volume while maximizing RAROC.Business loan application and underwriting system administrator. Managed all customizations to those systems from SOW to completion.Managed/owned $700 thousand in vendor relationships (Experian, Equifax, SBFE and Baker Hill).Trained and managed one direct report (project specialist).

Managed retail and small business online banking platforms and public website for $11 billion financial institution. Online banking platforms serviced 115K customer enrollments and over 40K average daily logins. Led continuous product, usability and reliability enhancements. Chaired the Whitney Internet Committee with the primary purpose of achieving bank wide visibility to an ever-changing Internet environment. Developed financial business case for multi-million dollar online banking platform solution. Developed Internet channel roadmap and strategy. Managed over $2 million in vendor relationships.

Produced and analyzed bank wide branch efficiency report, departmental budgets, departmental financial performances and financial business cases. Major contributor in the installation of a new financial reporting system.

Led a state-wide initiative to electronically submit traffic ticket data to the state’s database maintained by the Office of Motor Vehicles. This project succeeded in improving efficiency by eliminating an aging paper-based ticket reporting process. Procured $968k in grant funding from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to complete the traffic-ticket project. Presented Louisiana Supreme Court project goals to elected officials (state judges and clerks of court). Analyzed state criminal and traffic case data to ensure proper import to state repositories.
