Grateful to contribute to a healthier society in my role as Group Manager at Technology Frameworks within Sectra Imaging IT Solutions. At Technology Frameworks, we develop and operate a suite of products and services designed to support both internal and external customers. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring systems, data warehouses, automation tools, and systems for deployment and upgrades of Sectra's medical solutions.

Arriver was created to encapsulate Veoneer's perception and driving policy software stack into its own company.Group Manager - Vulnerable Road Users: Group manager and part of leadership team heading 8 development teams distributed in Linköping and Zagreb (Croatia) with focus on pedestrian, two-wheeler and animal detection. Developing software stack for embedded vision systems, providing functions for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomus driving to the automotive industry.Manager - Machine Learning Infrastructure: Group manager for a team of 3 responsible for the implementation and operation of the machine learning infrastructure at Veoneer. Extensive investment in the infrastructure was made throughout the period as a result of increased potential in machine learning techniques. Throughout the period, the number of developers using the infrastructure grew from ~20 to ~200 developers.Supporting Line Manager - Machine Learning Community: In this role I focused on supporting and empowering the machine learning community at Veoneer. The Machine Learning Community had several functions in the company, e.g. providing a fora for developers to meet, discuss and share knowledge, decide way of working with regards to how to develop machine learning algorithms within the organization, as well as setting up long term strategies for technology and organization within the technical domain of machine learning.

Part of leadership team responsible for development of Veoneer's Object Detection functions. The product area grew rapidly into 12 development teams located in Linköping and Zagreb.

In April 2018, Veoneer was created as a spin-off from Autoliv. The decision to create Veoneer was driven by the desire to focus on the technology for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving.

Group manager for the classification team at Autoliv's vision development department. I had the opportunity to lead a talented group of developers with MSc and PhDs degrees, responsible for development of the machine learning algorithms for Autoliv's vision systems. My role also included responsibility for the tooling and computing infrastructure necessary for our projects.

Started as technical leader for the development of Autoliv's Pedestrian Detection. In this period, Autoliv was honored to receive its first business for a Vision system featuring in-house developed vision algorithms. The pedestrian detection feature played a vital role in the system's success. Throughout the period the leadership was extended to include the full object detection suite, then through dual leadership.

Joining SyntheticMR as the startup's first full-time employee offered me an opportunity to be in the forefront of technology, while learning how to take a product from a concept into a fully approved medical device. My contributions included software application development and collaboration on research projects with hospitals and universities. I also played a key role in achieving the CE mark for the product, by understanding the requirements and establishing the necessary quality system for medical device compliance.

Master thesis with title "Synthetic Magnetic Resonance Imaging for visualization of quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)". The project aimed to innovate the field of medical imaging by developing visualization tools for quantitative MRI.
