Design of new features for cutting-edge AI-powered solutions with a focus on ontology and semantic representation. Contributing to the team's efforts to improve the entire NLU system. My main responsibilities include defining new processes and collaborating with developers, data scientists and stakeholders to improve speed, consistency and quality of deliveries.I also collaborate in planning and overseeing project execution.

Technical design of the next generation of speech assistants with a focus on ontology and semantic representation. Defining and refining annotation specifications including development of new use cases and features to enhance the AI experience for our customers.

I have been leading a team of six languages working on the cloud NLU system. Training new team members, providing guidance, language coordination, and implementing new processes to ensure quality, consistency and timely deliveries.I have also continued to maintain responsibilities in the statistic language models for the Italian cloud NLU system, developing and maintaining dictionaries, grammars and annotations to ensure that our cloud NLU systems meet the highest standard of performance.

Alongside the work on the Italian cloud NLU pipeline, I started bootstrapping processes for six new languages added to our Conversational AI product and leading the new language teams. Also contributing to team efforts to improve the entire NLU system.
