As a Branch manager I was in charge of the interview and hiring process for staffing of a team. Some of my duties included the Payroll process, I9 and employee orientation, train and recruit as well as participate and represent the company in job fairies and community outreach events.As an audit specialist and operation specialist my duties were to make sure petty cash reports were in compliance using Concur, Ensuring Monthly, Semi Annual and Annual Audits where done and in compliance as well as ensuring the branch was operationally compliant. Due to my record of alway having top compliance audits I was promoted to a Bank Officer, traveling to new branch openings to ensure new employee orientation and process was done correctly as well as assisting in semi annual audits.Bank Officer my task and responsibilities were that of a mentor, assisting in training and mentoring new members of management for the company. The biggest success was being able to give quarterly classes of company culture. This led me to get promoted to the liaison for Business Developments in the cities I had locations under my management as well as become the liaison for Community Outreach.
