Answer consumer questions and resolves issues regarding inquiries with insurance coverage such as billing, claims, etc. for members and providers.• Process consumer claims from hospitals and providers.• Provide customized interaction based on customer preference and individualized needs.• Educates and assists customers on various elements of benefit plan information and available services created to enhance the overall customer service experience with the company (i.e., assistance with Aetna Navigator Member Online Services, etc.). • Utilize all relevant information to effectively influence member engagement. • Assess customer issues and work to anticipate consumer needs and provide resolution. • Determine if based on customer needs if issue needs to be escalated to resolve problem.• Responsible for meeting and exceeding company quality and customer service expectations.• Provide exceptional customer service to members to ensure member satisfaction.• Responsible for reviewing and processing up to 35 claims a day.
