Assist in emotionally supporting fifty residents and can see up to two hundred while on a twelve-hour weekly duty shift. When needed, I assist in solving conflicts and/or emergencies that residents face, whether physically or emotionally. Lastly, I am responsible for developing a welcoming environment for my residents through meaningful monthly programs. I was offered the RA Position for the 2020-2021 school year; however, Whittier College did not return to in-person instruction due to the COVID-19 pandemic and no students were allowed to live on campus/in the dorms.

Attended monthly meetings, worked in our YC department as a supportive role, shadowed managers in various departments, and collaborated with Buyers of Nordstrom to provide meaningful feedback as to forecasting future trends and potential top-selling items.

Worked closely with a group of twenty First-Year students who entered Whittier College through hosting various monthly programs that were focused on campus engagement and community involvement. Additionally, I provided academic and emotional support to these students through weekly check-ins and additional office hours, if needed.
