I represent the vendor ACH Food Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. I currently handle our Club accounts (Walmart, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale, and Costco. I also handle Amazon and Military. I previously handled Foodservice and Exports for about 4 years. I work with the customers and our logistic team on a daily basis. I am responsible for creating weekly spreadsheets and releasing customer orders. I assist customers with ETAs on their shipments. I send invoices, issue returns, credits, and debits. Check over stock levels at our warehouses and also communicate with warehouse personnel. I provided important Food Service documents, draft letterheads, created specification sheets, and nutritional forms. I provided Hazmat documentation, booking numbers and commercial invoices. I monitor sailing of loads overseas. Everyday, I strive to bring exceptional customer service to all of our valued customers.

Had a wide array of clients and customers as a member of the Core Team. Worked as the link between vendors and their customers. Resolved disputes as well as worked with Business Financial Managers to fix pricing and promotions on orders. Placed customers orders and reconciled invoices.
