Erika Morin has 20+ years of high-level administrative and managerial experience with a wide-range of skills in corporate training and development, events facilitation, communications, marketing strategies and industry collaboration.Erika is currently responsible for aligning training strategies with MSIC's organizational goals and vision for the benefit of the MSIC Cooperative (the fourth largest credit union cooperative in the world) which represents over 70 credit union members throughout The Commonwealth, and over $31 billion in assets. Her collaborations include C-Suite, senior management, department heads, and external partners to identify the training needs and priorities of MSIC member credit unions and their respective teams. Erika also manages the budget and resources of the training and member services department. She oversees the development, implementation, and assessment of training programs, courses, and materials including (but not limited to): DEI, economic updates, financial and accounting education, member growth, board succession and training, board planning and development, credit union growth and innovation, governmental and legislative affairs, marketing strategies, Fintech... and more. Erika ensures that the content is relevant, engaging, and effective, and she monitors and reports on the impact and outcomes of the training initiatives.
