Customer service is my primary responsibility at Trane Supply, that relays heavily on attitude and communication skills. I am assist customers with reviewing their provided information and offering them the items that will best suit their needs. It is here where I order such items, keeping track of their shipments and arrival times. I maintain an open line of communication with my customers; giving them the chance to reach me via email, phone, or in person.

I was to provide a fun and safe environment for children groups while they enjoyed various activities. I would also participate in such group activists to help lead children in learning a great number of academic and social skills. When not in themed classes, creative and informative activities were created by myself and other head counselors to encourage learning and safe play with all students. These tasks were carefully designed to be age appropriate for the various age groups. Student grades ranged from kindergarten to the 5th grade.

This time period of this role was the length of the summer each year. At this wonderful location, I was an aid to the head counselor. Here I provided assistance in creating fun interactive lesson plans for all different ages. I have experience working with children from grades Kindergarten - 7th grade. As I got older, I was assigned to the older groups and it was here I learned how to complex teachings to create abstract thinking. Over time I was provided the responsibility for executing portion of the lesson plans to the children groups. I created a comprehensive flow of informative activity’s and discussions. Discussions were held to create a safe place for children to ask questions and peer mentor.
