About Erika Scarth
Life and career coach (ICF, AC) working with individuals to cultivate self-mastery and compassion on the journey of career and leadership development. Over 12 years of coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation, my work has brought me to support leaders, staff and entrepreneur-founders throughout the charity, public sectors, social enterprise and charity sectors, working with managers to creatives, ex-offenders to teachers.
