About Chris Paterson

My purpose in life is to grow resilient leaders and teams. I have spent 20 years working as a senior leader in large multinationals in Finance and Commercial roles in 3 different countries. I have led large teams (50 people) to bring about sustainable change and have a track record of delivering results and growth by enabling and empowering the teams I worked with. I am an accredited Master Executive Coach and facilitator with a passion for helping others develop their own authentic leadership style and increase their resilience.
