I am an experienced pharmacist with strong patient care skills who seeks to provide exceptional health service in a Pharmacy setting. My main objective is to work closely and collaboratively with all members of a medical team while providing exceptional patient care, education and positive Pharmaceutics outcomes. My experiences and education include medication therapy management, pharmaceutical information/education, and Community Pharmacy/outreach programs. I seek opportunities for continued learning in all fields of pharmacy and strive to be an asset to my profession.My patients are the reason I love my job, and I love working in positions where I can work directly with patients and know that I am making their lives better, easier, and more fulfilling by providing the services that I am trained to do. Knowing that I can make a difference in the lives of people who need me gives me a sense of fulfillment and I want to continue gaining skills to help others for the rest of my career.
