This role included the use of customer and network portals, handling accounts, reports, covering general inbox, and processing and inputting customer data. Booking and tracking deliveries, liaising with other transport companies, customers and colleagues nationwide. Dealing with customer enquiries, issues and complaints thoroughly and professionally ensuring satisfactory outcomes in line with the company’s policies and procedures. I received my 5 year, long service award for continued dedication and hard work. I would oversee new staff training growth for the customer service department to ensure quality in service and use of systems.I was also a qualified first aider for my site.
