I have a degree in Digital Design and I am very passionate about micro-interactions and all aspects of UI/UX related to the front-end, seeking to deliver applications with performance and good usability.For the past three years I've had the opportunity to work in different businesses within the same company. I worked in a financial education staturp, which gave me a lot of expertise in the development of authentication systems and content publication. After that, I worked in a mixed team with colleagues from the US to create forms and landing pages to capture leads, where the main goal of the team was to build products that would convert new users for our platforms. In 2021 I was able to work together with a large health insurance company, helping to improve the internal platform for service providers, where I had a lot of participation in decision making and was able to work with the business team to define strategies for product development, aiming to balance technical needs with business priorities. Nowadays, I work at a financial startup where I have the opportunity to work with the marketing team to develop products that will bring better results in media campaigns.Also, in 2022 I was awarded as Culture Carrier for "Being the change we want to see in the world" due to my strong performance on the diversity and women committees and in recognition of the work I try to do in initiatives to bring more women into technology and bring this team closer together so that all of them feel welcome and represented in the company.On my career, I've tried to learn different technologies, such as React, Redux, Angular, Sass, Typescript, some testing libraries, NodeJS and tools like CircleCI for CI/CD pipelines, among others.
