My name is Erika Chargualaf, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a BS in Business with a Marketing emphasis and a minor in Management.At UCCS, I have worked on multiple projects for Marketing. Some of them consisted of a digital and social media marketing campaign for a website using Google ads and an email newsletter campaign, an international marketing strategy for two companies from different countries, and lastly, designing and executing a strategic marketing plan for a made-up company. These projects have greatly improved my marketing knowledge and made me self-aware of many things to keep in mind when marketing a product or a service. On the other hand, I have been working at Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts LLC as a Marketing Administrator/Owner. The company is a family business shared between my parents and me, where I have taken on the responsibility of working on the administrative side of the company. In contrast, my father works in retail and customer service. This position has dramatically helped me expand my knowledge of Marketing and how challenging it can be to market as a starting business. Most of my time, I am working on Google Ads, Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook, working on recording invoices, account receivables, inventory counts, and managing the database for our products.
