Using my extensive knowledge and 20+ years of experience in the service industry, I thought I’d take it up a notch. Purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions anyone will make. I love helping others and am intrigued by what drives one to pick the home they do. And through our own home buying and selling experience, investing in property is also another avenue that peaks my curiosity. I’d love to help others secure a place to call home or a place that may be their retirement plan for the future.

I interact with customers in a professional way, to bring them food and drinks and make their experience as pleasurable as possible. I close out tickets and run an employee report at the end of the night. Clean up and close up the BOH area before leaving.

I assisted in building Sunless Revolution from the ground up. My partner and I worked side-by-side in daily operations of our flagship salon in downtown San Diego. I ran our Solana Beach location which involved: direct hiring and training of staff; all product stock and ordering; machine and equipment maintenance; promotions and marketing; local Chamber membership and events; marketing coordination with local businesses. I was in charge of all company revenue and money management; all company accounting information and monthly incoming and outgoing cash flow; equipment management and supply stock; data charts for numbers of clients per week and month; data for monthly and yearly sales as well as gross and net sales; reporting to marketing for monthly promotions and newsletter design; client database management; employee payroll; customer service and client interaction-involving client follow ups after services performed, greeting and helping clients upon arrival to salon; handling client purchase transactions; handling any client complaints.

Took on 50+ clients myself and managed their file and budget, with regards to submitting paperwork for loan modifications. If they didn't qualify based on the information presented to me, I would discuss that and other options with the client. I also presented the clients loan holder with the paperwork requested for a loan modification if they did qualify. Gave weekly and monthly updates on progress to clients.
