As GTM Manager, I’m responsible for utilize market and consumer insights to provide consultative insights to derive conclusions on how to go to the market for LG Electronics TV and AV department. I collect and share necessary information about customers, consumers, products, promotions and price. I work closely with both sales and marketing to secure profitable growth. Together with Sales Director of the department and CEO I have set strategic objective and goals as well as the strategies to reach them. I also monitor and measure the progress of the business and evaluate if change is needed. Together with marketing team I have set the marketing strategies and follow up on the ROI of the marketing plans. I’m responsible for follow up with the KAMs on promotion execution and effectiveness. I measure and monitor company KPIs both sales and marketing. During the time I’ve been active as GTM in the TV and AV department in LG has grown more than 50% in revenue while maintaining a strong positive marginal profit.

Main responsibilities for a product specialist are product information management for the product road map sold in the Nordics, including USP development and producing marketing material, educational material and sell in material for LGs products. It is also part of the job to efficiently share this information and educate internal and external stakeholders, such as KAMs, retailers, marketers and educators. The product specialist is the SPOC with LGE R&D for the subsidiary for product development. The Product Specialist is also LGs spokesperson towards media and manages the PR strategies for the company.

Board member in the electronics industry organization Elektronikbranschen on behalf of LG Electronics. The board sets the strategic direction for the lobby and PR organization Elekronikbranchen. Elektronikbranchen consist of 20 member companies all active in the electronics industry.

Råd&Rön is a Swedish consumer media with ten employees. It has a turnover of about 25 million SEK and 80 thousand subscribers. It is part of ICRT – international consumer research and testing with about 30 other consumer media from around the world. As a project officer and market analyst the main responsibility is to scope the local market within a certain consumer product category and together within the international organization develop a test program based on the core consumer values of the specific product. Once the test is completed the project officer analyses the result and publish the findings.

The United Student Nations (Kurators Konventet) is the coordinating body for 13 student nations in Uppsala. It has a turnover of about 130 million SEK. Marketing manager is elected each year to work for the organization to develop and implement marketing strategies for the organization. As marketing manager the main responsibility is to coordinate marketing campaigns, for the 13 members together with the municipality and other stakeholders.
