Key Accomplishments:• Pivoted a floundering SAFe transformation in a healthcare organization, primarily through focusing on first principles, coaching leadership engagement, and training key roles in core agile values• Facilitated senior leadership workshops to develop a healthcare digital identity and strategic roadmap that successfully secured funding from the review board• Reduced churn and increased delivery speed and quality of consumer grocery applications used by tens of thousands of customers and employees• Assessed quality practices across a credit union development organization, which led to a multi-year agile transformation engagement• Coached eXtreme Programming (XP) teams and stakeholders in engagement management, kanban, visual management, effective client communication, requirements writing, conflict resolution, and more• Launched projects with multi-day kickoffs custom-designed to create rapid alignment between client leadership and XP teams • Facilitated series of Lean UX workshops, including empathy mapping, persona development, hypothesis development, and lo-fi prototyping
