During the time I worked in this position, I did marketing research including focus groups and interviews, I wrote a Latino Outreach Public Relations Plan and Communications Strategy, I created graphic design and produced collateral material to promote the Individual Development Accounts Program among the Hispanic community. I established communications with organizations that serve key members from our audience including Hispanic networks and media.

As part of a team of four public relations interns, I helped in the development of the City of Eugene Water Fitness Program Public Relations Outreach Campaign Plan targeted to senior citizens, expectant ladies, and individuals who had suffered from injuries. As an individual, I conducted interviews, photo and video shoot to produce the first video promotional of its water fitness program.

Developed innovative programs that serve special-needs populations, specially children.- Headed project research and development, organized the foundations database and archives working with a staff of five people.[October 2002 - June 2002] Educational Program Cangahua Highlands (Indigenous School) Cayambe, Ecuador- Literacy project coordinator for the community and its inhabitants. Responsible for the dissemination of information to the community and its one hundred and fifty inhabitants.
