iHubs Sweden is a unique collaboration platform, connecting regional innovation environments and supporting cross-border networking from Sweden to Silicon Valley and beyond. By focusing on systems innovation, this cluster aims to transform entire systems towards global sustainability rather than just introducing new products or services. That requires a deep understanding of the complex relationships and dependencies that exist within these systems. Within the area capacity, iHubs identifies needs and initiates training programs to build capacity for sustainable systems innovation. Our aim is to support and enable contributors and leaders to create impact at scale. This is done by building capacity and strengthening the ability to lead and drive impact innovation as well as transformation processes.

Curiosity Shop is both one undisciplined anthropologist and a diverse intelligence agency. Anchored in human insights, we facilitate meaningful innovation through a systems perspective, transdisciplinary collaboration and creative approaches.

Compare is a tech innovation hub where companies, startups, the public sector, investors, researchers, and the innovation support system work together to positively transform society's challenges with the help of future oriented digital technology. For a year, I led one of the work packages of Health Data Sweden, a European Digital Innovation Hub. Very meaningful. Very challenging. I learned a lot about complexity in practice and breaking new digital ground in concert with academia, the public sector, and entrepreneurs.

This position gave me the opportunity to stay connected to scientific research and healthcare. I was responsible for the communication activities of one of the largest doctoral programmes at KI including the website. We also arranged knowledge broadening events and talks (biomimicry, science communication, sustainability, innovation etc) which I moderated. The doctoral programme in Developmental biology and Regenerative medicin at KI integrates new medical knowledge and technological advances towards healthcare. As an added value, the platform Gendered Innovation Alliance also continuously provides various resources and gender sensitive training to develop an open forum and network for KI.

Nordic Bildung is future studies, a think tank and Scandinavian folk-bildung combined. As we are facing rapid technological development, societal changes and ecological challenges we work towards a flourishing future, rich in meaning, purpose and culture. I helped to shape NB's strategy, initiated a Swedish network, reviewed and promoted publications, arranged events and gave talks.

As one of the workshop coaches at Openlab, I was designing and delivering crash courses in Design Thinking & Insights for innovation. Openlab is a challenge-driven innovation community providing courses for professionals, master’s students and PhD students, as well as innovation support and co-creation spaces for their public partners.

The Centre for Gender Medicine, Department of Medicine, Karolinska Institutet supports research and education towards innovation in health care via promotion and implementation of sex and gender analysis. I developed collaborative interdisciplinary work and managed external communication.

I prepared and conducted weekend workshops on Trendspotting & Future Thinking and Creative Problem Solving for The Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.

White Label at SSES was a challenge driven educational program exploring interdisciplinary innovation and leadership. It was built upon a coherent foundation of creative problem solving, systems approach, design thinking and future forecasting.

At Amarillo Research & Consultancy I supplied our international customers with the insights and analysis required for taking decisions, founded on ethnographic, qualitative, quantitative & digital methods of research. The diversity of projects fed my curiosity and posed new challenges every day. I dived into the world of brand strategy and communication, evaluated & tested new concepts, products, websites and futuristic technology, studied customer needs and behaviour in real life context and run online communities. This resulted in ideas and guidelines for brand positioning, advertising, product development, introduction of new technologies etc.

At Market Watch I had the opportunity to broaden my skills in the field of ethnographic consumer research, media and brand analysis, eye tracking studies of websites and advertising, etc.

While living in Copenhagen for a year, I pursued one of my dreams and worked for the renowned artist Tage Andersen in his eccentric fairy tale world, accompanied by nightingales and pot bellied pigs. I still sometimes work at Gunillaberg estate - Tage Andersens project and residence in Småland. It's an unbelievable combination of a museum, gallery, shop, farm and a place for cultural events.

T2U was one of the early pioneers in online business development and strategy, web usability testing and UX. After a year, I became a co-owner and helped leading Swedish organisations to optimise their websites and online services.
