Lead B2B and B2C initiatives, top partner accounts, and product lines across more than 500 annual deliverables and three brands. Manage a team of high-producing staff including the design department. Manage the production of over 40 travel brochures across 5 brands. Work cross-functionally with teams from all over the globe. Responsible for developing and executing project plans, including timelines and process maps. Develop, update, proof and execute brochure, catalog & tariff production, passenger documentation and marketing collateral. Work closely with sister brands to ensure that branding is enforced and consistent and with the executive teams to ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate on all communication platforms.

Oversaw property needs for promotional materials and advertising; collaborated with the Director of Sales & Marketing in development of annual marketing plans, goals and budgets. Managed and worked closely with three agency partners to develop annual campaign calendar and marketing plans with a focus on ROI; managed execution of campaign calendar initiatives and general marketing plan. Managed all collateral production and the graphic designer in creative efforts, created and distributed press releases, facilitated media visits and press requests, and managed all PR communications from the property. Responsible for maintaining the annual marketing budgets. Awarded Leader of the Quarter, Q2 2009; Nominated for Leader of the Quarter, Q1 2010. I was also chosen to participate in a corporate development program known as the Pinnacle Series for high performing managers which allowed to me to work in a collaborative group made up of other company employees on real business issues.
