Additional gallery duties included securing new artists, logistics, promotion, and execution of special events, networking with local businesses for community events, and fielding charitable requests. As webmaster maintained & updated website in timely fashion, curated satellite social media, marketed all winery events, and the coordination & design of club member custom wine label program.

-Chaired weekly meetings, managed staff of 30, staffed campus theater on weekly basis, delegated weekly marketing, coordinated co-sponsorships with campus organizations, communicated with film distributors for movie legalities, effectively managed a yearly programming budget of $80,000, created new incentives to increase patronage and collaborated with 11 other student leaders to make decisions and staff large scale events including nationally touring comedians, speakers, and musical artists.
