I believe there is no better time to volunteer and help others than in times of crisis, I therefore stepped away from a long career as a SQL Server expert in order to help Americans who found themselves faced with challenges such as addiction and other mental health issues.History shows that donating, giving, and providing comfort during times of crisis is my country’s greatest cultural attribute - 🇺🇸, it’s built into our culture and more than just a tradition - crisis brings Americans together; but, it’s a shame that’s not what we Americans do on a constant basis, crisis or not. In the beginning of 2020 I was laid off, affected by the Covid epidemic and lost my mother to cancer all within six months . A lot to unpack, so I’ve been a mental health activist and advocate of self-care. I mentor young professions and contribute to my community.
