I managed the inside sales process, providing customers with the solutions they required to improve their outcomes. My efforts focused on providing excellence in customer account management, product logistics and technical support, and marketing.InVitria develops and sells a product line of animal component free recombinant proteins and supplements used by leaders in cell culture, bioproduction, regenerative medicine, diagnostics and medical devices. These products improve productivity, reliability, safety and time to market for customers.

Working for a development stage company in the biotech industry, my job responsibilities were ever-changing and included many functions. Overall, I managed the accounting activities of the company, but also provided support for personnel, IT, and sales. I coordinated the annual financial audit for the company, making sure our general ledger and accounting processes were without deficiency. More specifically, I handle financial reporting, cash management, product inventory, fixed assets, month-end close, state and local tax reporting, grant fund management, and general ledger reconciliations.Ventria Bioscience is the first company to commercialize recombinant proteins derived from a plant-based manufacturing system. These products include human therapeutics and products that improve biomanufacturing.Ventria’s technology platform ExpressTec is a safe, affordable and sustainable manufacturing technology that achieves yields many times higher than alternative systems. This advantage means Ventria’s products are accessible to a global customer base.

Lead fundraiser for college's annual fund. I provided strategic planning, leadership and moves management reporting for the college's fundraising initiatives. Responsible for organizing and executing fundraising and constituent events nationwide. Contributed to the successful completion of $9.5M fundraising campaign.
