    The Project Center is the place where Capgemini executes its customer projects. Part of the Project Center is the Delivery Center (also known as the Accelerated Delivery Center: ADC).     The Capgemini Design Centers facilitate customers and colleagues in exploring potential new directions and choices. One of the types of events is the Rapid Solution Workshop (RSW). RSWs are a collection of workshops designed to accelerate all phases of system development - or package implementation projects. At these events the project members and users of all necessary competences and focus areas are present to start their challenge: to reach a consensus on user involvement, input gathering, problem solving, deliverable creation and validation. What used to be done in several sessions is now done in one single RSW.At the Design Centers, Mr Veldkamp mainly facilitated events in the RSW factory for the ING More project (part of integration between Postbank and ING). For each event he did the intake, designed the program and facilitated the participants during the day towards the desired result.
