In this position you are the verification leader and act assingle entry for the overall testing department to the project manager of aproject.Tasks included the following:• Quoting from testing side for projects.• Developing the test specification based on the customerrequirements.• Reviewing and engaging with the technical project consultant onissues picked up during requirement specification review or testing.• Attending milestone/process meetings for the project.9• Implementing and monitoring a test execution strategy based ontimelines and quality constraints.• Interfacing with the project manager and development project leadin regular project meeting.• Writing of release documentation to the customer.• Support of onsite activities.• Support of customer acceptance testing.Non-project duties included:• Training of new staff members.• Giving advice to sales and development.• Giving input to process management.

Responsible to test Intelligent Network (I.N.) softwarereleased from development against customer requirements. The roleincluded bringing up the software application on an Unix based platform.My main tasks were:• Write IPSL (Independent Protocol Simulator Language) scripts toperform tests that were assigned to me.• Validate test results against the requirement documentation.• Open fault reports in a test management system.• Report on testcase progress in test management system.• Writing of testcase acceptance documents for customer.In this position you are a team member working for the verificationproject leader. I was part of project teams that worked on projects for twolarge operators in South Africa.
