I currently oversee the Premium Managed Services organization with full P&L responsibility for a $20M business line, leading a team of 30+, including managers and individual contributors (account managers). My organization is responsible for fostering long-term client relationships, enabling growth within key accounts, and driving new business. I drive strategic evolution of our work by integrating product usage metrics for customers and analysts, leading to improved client retention, Net Revenue Retention Rate, and overall satisfaction scores.

Stackline builds subscription-based ecommerce tools for thousands of the largest consumer brands and retailers.I managed a team of 80+ strategic consultants that provide best in class account management, strategic insights, and Retail Media execution for our managed services client base. The team was charged to deliver best in class account management (strategic planning, day to day operational support, catalog management, enhanced content development, analytics/reporting, OOS management, forecasting, order to cash, mitigation of fines and fees)​, Amazon media solutions (strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting of organic and paid Amazon media including sponsored ad, DSP, OTT, Amazon ad console, campaign manager)​, emerging Retail Media channels (Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Best Buy, The Home Depot), and strategic thought leadership in the retail marketplace ecosystem (combining passion and creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical horsepower to accelerate the revenue and profitability).​

Directed the Strategy and Account Management division that included Account Management, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Logistics Strategy, Content Strategy and Project Management. Responsible for revenue, profitability, renewals, and client satisfaction across 30+ accounts in the US that account for over $950M in sales on Amazon annually. Additional responsibility for teams that are responsible for Digital Shelf Operations to ensure our customers are prepared for retail success on Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and other retail marketplaces.
