At HCWH Europe, I coordinate a portfolio of activities related to pharmaceutical pollution and the environmental dimension of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) . I give advice to policymakers at the EU and global level on how to reduce pharmaceutical waste that could lead to the acceleration of AMR. I also coordinate the development of training for healthcare professionals on AMR in the framework of the AMR-EDUCare project.

I took over the portfolio of projects on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in the organisation. Including the the coordination of the AMR-EDUCare project. A nearly €4 Million project aiming at producing training for healthcare professionals on AMR.

Coordination of a project aiming at reducing the overuse and misuse of antibiotics in food production. I designed a set of materials aiming to involve healthcare professionals in advocacy action and coordinated a working group on sustainable food procurement. I also produced guidelines for policymakers.

- Creating and disseminating digital content for both Rare Disease Day and EURORDIS channels.- Design of graphic materials for different communication campaigns. - Focal point with the international advocacy team to create capacity-building materials for patient advocates involved in Rare Disease Day.- Coordination of the co-creation of the Rare Disease Day campaign with the 60+ National Alliance international partners.

The Strategy and Innovation Unit provides strategic advice and guidance to DG COMM management, striving to develop a culture of innovation across the services. The unit ensures consistency across all communication outputs. It prepares the decisions of the Director-General and follows up on their implementation.

- Manage the design and implementation of EU funded projects- Collaborate with external partners in order to have a smooth feedback process and reporting following the performance management system - Mapping of European Funding calls, in the design and writing of the proposals, the search of the consortium and in the implementation of projects. I have worked specially with EuropeAid, Erasmus + and AMIF. - Representation of the organization both in Europe (mainly at the European Parliament) and in Latin America. Work missions to Cuba, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.

- Definition, towards with the CEO, the objectives and the strategies for the communication of the organization and implementation of all the communication actions- Manage the draft/editing/production process of publication or any other form of external or internal communication- Ensure the coherence, relevance and technical quality of communication activities developed- Management of the internal communications of a wide range of European projects

- Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits - Management of the digital communication of the organization (Wordpress, Mailchimp, Social Media...) - Design of communication materials (Mainly with Photoshop and Indesign)

- Write, edit and produce high-quality, user-friendly and targeted communications materials for outreach and dissemination of knowledge and information about my clients- Build and nurture long-term relationships with relevant media outlets and manage media relations, engagement and monitoring and tracking of the clients' coverage in external media.- Writing and editing press releases, both general and technical ones, speeches, position papers, and presentations.- Write and review press releases with corporate or scientific content- Design and implement social media communication strategies for new initiatives, create adequate communication supports (banners, visuals), follow-up on metrics to drive continuous improvement- Developing an effective content strategy (long term) and guarding the editorial calendar (short to medium term) of the clients.
