My life's work has been about solving the unique challenge of new market creation--the innovation of new business models that bring new-to-world products into people’s lives and generate big sources of profitable growth. I’ve spent over 25 years leading or guiding more than a dozen corporate new ventures and start-ups across five continents in pursuit of that goal. Along the way, I got a PhD on the subject and published some early insights in the Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review.With great humility, I think we’ve cracked the code.
