Created comprehensive user manual and computer operations manual for administrative interface of cancer.gov content management system. Managed government and contract resources to implement client specified content creation projects across cancer.gov family of sites, testing, revising, and performing extensive quality control. Quality control manager of weekly web based publication of Cancer Bulletin, from the Bulletin's inception as a multipage web based document reaching a core subscriber base of tens of thousands of users across the entire Internet cancer community.
