Running a validation process for my circular and sustainable business idea called Renyou AB. Starting from a blank slate I condcucted market analysis, value creation analysis, and got in to serious discussions with CEOs and COOs of key customers. Along the way I recruited two co-owners.

As a Junior Management consultant I participated in a strategy project examining what factors that determine success of data-driven business models, specifically digital platforms. While doing this the project group also helped verify a business model and propose a Go-To-Market strategy for a client. The project group consisted of two other junior consultants and was led by the CEO of the company.
