As the only truly local audit firm on Sint Maarten, HaVen offers a one-stop-shop experience to a broad spectrum of clients, from individually managed enterprises to larger and more complex organizations, both public and private. HaVen is an acronym of Martin Hassink and Erik van Engelen, the founding partners. As we saw Sint Maarten’s increasing demand for locally tailored financial services increase, we teamed up in 2020 to assist many organizations in need of financial guidance and advice. We have specialized in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), anticipating ever advancing corporate governance compliance standards for local Sint Maarten organizations, especially in the wake of post-Irma and Covid-response grants and (soft) loans.
