Martin and Erik have joined forces before. Both worked for PwC, and when Martin was the Minister of Finance, he collaborated with Erik as a financial supervisor. Both ran the Baker Tilly office in St. Maarten. In 2020, they decided to officially team up as HaVen, the first local auditing firm on the island of St. Maarten.
