In my role as the Eastern Region Program Manager, I oversee a team of youth-service professionals across twenty-six states and territories. My main responsibility is to provide effective management oversight, guiding and aligning field staff to ensure the smooth progress of day-to-day program deliverables. The primary goal is to achieve exceptional results and deliver significant value. As a program leader, I actively demonstrate a profound understanding of the program's vision, objectives, scope of work, anticipated outcomes, value, impact, timelines, and resource requirements.

I held the role of Operation: Military Kids Youth Program Specialist with The Ohio National Guard, where I actively sought and established opportunities and support networks for over 34,000 military youth and their families in Ohio. In this capacity, I crafted programming to foster resiliency, leadership, life skills, and camaraderie among the youth. Moreover, I efficiently managed multiple camp programs and various community support activities. This experience equipped me with the ability to communicate effectively in high-stress situations, adapt to ever-changing circumstances, and offer a high level of compassion and understanding to families and youth navigating challenging situations.

In my role as the Admissions and Administrative Services Manager at Camp Wekeela, I spearheaded the coordination of American Camping Association Accreditation, ensuring the camp adhered to industry standards and facilitating inspections with ACA representatives and the camp director. Supervising a team of 2-4 seasonal administrative assistants, I meticulously managed the EZCamp database, which included alumni, prospective, and current family information. Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective campers and families, I supplied marketing materials and established initial communication via phone or email.My responsibilities extended to guaranteeing the timely delivery of key mailers and marketing materials, and I provided the owners with revenue summary reports, lead tracking reports, and current tracking reports utilizing databases and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, I oversaw accounts receivable and billing for a customer base of 250+. Handling email and telephone inquiries, concerns, and questions, I maintained a high level of personal and financial confidentiality for our customers. I played a crucial role in fostering and sustaining relationships with vendors, referral agents, state agencies, and camp-related organizations.
