Led the two-year re-design project of TCC Group’s Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), a leading online tool for assessing nonprofit organizational effectiveness, including managing a team of external designers and developers to transition the legacy tool and database to a new software platform, and piloting the tool to collect and analyze user feedback. The re-launched tool reaches over 600 nonprofits annually.Supported philanthropic and nonprofit clients in the design and implementation of high-impact, targeted, and data driven capacity building initiatives and organizational development. Designed and built a dynamic monitoring system for tracking performance and impact in a computer science education social enterprise operating in 3 countries, including designing data collection tools and protocols. Developed a strategic plan for monitoring and evaluation that is currently being implemented in all regional offices.

Developed an evaluation framework to assess initiatives for tech-powered innovation in public schools, collecting and analyzing qualitative data from school-level stakeholders. Conducted statistical analyses of student data to generate findings on the impact of pilot departmental initiatives in software engineering.

Designed and lead-authored a 100-page midterm evaluation for a 3-year USAID-funded youth violence prevention program, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting, and focus group implementation for the field team and local partners. Developed streamlined monitoring systems, including SMART indicators, results frameworks, data collection tools, and database design, and implemented systems for three field teams working in health and youth development.Researched and designed M&E frameworks for two to three grant proposals per month.
