• Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day administration and operations for the football program, including but not limited to, travel preparations, lists, rosters, itineraries, parking and Teamworks input and communication.• Assist with the coordination, setup and breakdown of all football related activities including but not limited to team games, functions, clinics, camps, and other events.• Assist the Director of Football Operations and Assistant Director of Football Operations with all daily football related tasks.

• Setting up equipment and locker rooms before, during, and after practices and games• Helping and being available to coaches and players during practice• Taking care of laundry and preparing travel and practice clothes• Fixing, preparing, and cleaning helmets and other gear

• Assisting in all areas of game day activities including in-game promotions, fan services, special events, assisting the marketing and social media teams, and being where needed

• Coordination and outreach for annual Men’s Basketball Green Game• Moderating Green Future Forum for UM’s Global Sport Industry Conference• Completing evaluations & promoting sustainability for buildings and arenas on campus• Completing initiatives to be implemented in the UM Athletic Department

• Educating and advising students in Calculus 1• Completing and creating practice and review guides

• Entering and categorizing sponsorship data into the ProTool database• Learning types, locations, and forms of sponsorships in sports, with focus on golf• Entering all sponsorship data for PGA Champions Tour
