I am degree educated with more than 10 years’ experience in office management and administration. I'm a very fast learner and am not afraid to learn completely new systems and processes. Through my varied roles I have become proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point and Word. I am confident liaising with all levels of stakeholder and have a confident, professional telephone manner. Most of my skills have been honed through my experiences of working in fast paced environments with high volume of calls and customers and in order to be as successful as I have been I have had to be an excellent communicator.Scheduling and diary management are particular skills and it also helps that I am highly organized and able to handle multiple assignments.
