Hello, my name is Erin Dickens!I am a Miami University student majoring in Political Science and Strategic Communication. Through a variety of roles, I’ve gained valuable experience in management, customer service, and research. As a seasonal manager at Brainard Spray Park, I ensured a safe and welcoming environment for visitors, while my role as a receptionist at Saint Paschal Baylon refined my communication and organizational skills. Additionally, I developed expertise in archival research through my work with Miami University Libraries’ Walter Havighurst Special Collections, sparking a passion for preserving information and history.On campus, I’m actively involved in Phi Sigma Sigma, where I participate in community service and support our chapter’s philanthropy. I also served as Communications Chair on the Student Faculty Council at Miami's Luxembourg campus, bridging communication between faculty and students and organizing events. My participation in the ACROPOLIS Leadership Retreat strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills, preparing me to make a positive impact in professional settings.I’m excited to bring my background in communication, organization, and service to future opportunities.
