-Provide operational leadership, strategic support and subject matter expertise for the company’s domestic health and wellness programs. -HR Generalist knowledge and work experience in benefits (medical, insurances, work life, health & wellness, etc.).-Manage program implementations, include scope, timeline, cost, and metrics-Support efforts to select and manage external vendors including identification, day-to-day management and assessing performance against objectives.-Participate on behalf of the company in industry conferences, peer benchmarking programs and vendor summits.-Keep current on case law and state/ federal legislation as they relate to health management (e.g. HIPAA, ADA, Health Care Reform, etc.) and ensure program policy and vendor compliance as applicable. -Create, maintain/ update existing programs, associated policies and procedures as appropriate in support of the programs compliance and continuous improvement objectives (including responsibilities for internal/ external training). -Coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas of the business to ensure programs are designed, communicated and delivered consistently.-Meet the various work-life and communication needs of our diverse workforce by providing effective, efficient and well-communicated programs.-Build and maintain a constructive, productive and professional working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners.-Engage diverse audiences including executive leaders, mid-level managers, and front-line employees in a variety of presentations and trainings.-Manage the fitness center team and responsibility for annual planning, collaborative staff development and fitness center contracts.
