Assist Customers in the investigation process for the start of their Long Term Disability claims. Obtain medical records for the correct time frames, organize, and have reviewed by the appropriate medical professional.Review the specifics of each account’s Long Term Disability Policy, and administer each claim accordingly.Communicate with each customer all of the details and updates during the process and help them with all questions and concerns, and solve all customer issues with the highest customer centricity. Determine the most appropriate decision for each individual claim based on the information obtained and carry out the finalization of each decision and determine all future tasks needed to manage the claim correctly and efficiently.
