My role as a Senior Consultant at Collaboration Business Consulting allows me to motivate leaders to true growth as they realize they don’t have to wear all the hats to make their company thrive. I spend my days helping leaders implement solutions to their challenges and grow their teams and organizations.

My entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others prompted me to start the successful consulting practice, Optimum Productivity. From small entrepreneurs, to managers of large corporations such as Schick, Fiji Water, and Service 800 – I worked with all kinds of businesses to streamline processes and maximize productivity. Consulting in areas of software, project management, and time management; I offered a mixture of live training seminars, webinars, and individualized coaching to local and national markets. In the process of selling and marketing my business, I had the opportunity to build and nurture lasting relationships with other business owners and community leaders. Wearing a lot of different “owner, operator, trainer” hats, I got a glimpse of the ups and downs business owners experience. Taking all of the insight I gained, I joined the Collaboration team where I could focus more of my time on my passion for consulting.
