My position with California Coastal Real Estate has several layers of office and real estate responsibilities, requiring a keen eye for details, and tracking processes. I schedule appointments and showings, attend to property needs outside of the office, and obtain signatures from the appropriate parties. I also contact third parties (such as title companies, appraisers, etc) to keep the transaction moving along. Maintaining brand consistency and quality control, I oversee marketing and advertising listings (including flyers, e-blasts, brochures, online marketing efforts, etc). Preparing creative design advertisements, taking pictures of properties, and offering support to the CCRE leaders are a few of my daily tasks. I was responsible for providing supplemental learning, teaching life skills, and upholding a creative structure that promoted the overall wellbeing of the children. Researching, planning, and implementing new learning activities, I effectively managed an activities budget that benefited all of the parties involved (nanny, parents, and kids). I provided consultative support at doctors’ visits, upheld dietary restrictions, and monitored medical needs. I held several positions at the Pacific Athletic Club, including Childcare Lead, Summer Camp Assistant Director, and Summer Camp Counselor Lead. Being privy to the ins and outs of the entire organization, I developed numerous programs and advertising campaigns that had a lasting effect on the future of PAC. Specifically, I created, implemented, and advertised new developmental programs for youth ages 6 weeks to 14 years in both year round, and summer camp programs. I also assisted in creating a new revenue stream for the company by establishing and marketing a new offering-themed parties and social events. This resulted in a direct revenue increase of 15%, and improved synergy for all program offerings. Working with children who have a variety of needs, supervising and training 30 staff members, and improving customer satisfaction through nurtured relationships were just a few of the ways I contributed to increased brand loyalty. The direct results from my efforts have been 20% growth for year-round enrollment (year-over-year), and 10% summer camp growth.

Responsible for creating future camp leaders, implementing effective communication techniques, and improving the evaluation process, I excelled as the Counselor-In-Training Director. Improving systems and individuals through targeted teaching and innovative communication concepts made this position both fun and rewarding. I generated workshops and training programs for six sessions of 30 girls each, resulting in 90% staff retention and seamless seasonal transitions. Using my knowledge and experience in the developmental stages of physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth of children and teens, I improved evaluation methods to help us better gage individual growth and give future recommendations.
